Opteron 6200 Family will get updates
The series of processors AMD Opteron 6200 (Interlagos) , introduced in November last year, will be updated with Opteron models 6208, 6224, 6242, 6266 HE, 6280 and 6286 SE.
Opteron 6208 Model - quad , is designed for a clock frequency 3.5 GHz and supports Turbo Core. Eight-processor Opteron 6224 supports Turbo Core: Base frequency is 3.2 GHz, TC - 3.8 GHz. Opteron 6242 include 12 cores. The clock frequency is 2.8 GHz in Turbo Core mode, it goes up to 3.4 GHz. These three processors are characterized by TDP 115 w .
The remaining three models have 16 cores. Processors 6266 HE, 6280 and 6286 SE are characterized by TDP 85, 115 and 140 W, and their clock speeds are equal to 1,8 (Turbo Core - 3,1) GHz, 2.5 (3.4) and 2.8 GHz (3 5) GHz, respectively.
Cache in the third level is 16 MB.
