At CADplace we are an information platform for CAD-users. The protection of your data is very important to us. When you visit one of our sites, you can be sure we are using your Information for nothing other than statistical use, in order to improve our services.

Data protection policy

By using our Website you agree with the elicitation, processing and use of data along the following description. Our website can generally be visited without registration. Meanwhile data, e.g. the sites visited, the name of files downloaded, time and date, will be saved on our server for statistical use, while the data will not be connected to your person. Personal data, such as name, address or e-mail address will only be accepted on a voluntary basis. Without your permission there will be no sharing of data to third parties.

Use of the contact form

The personal information gathered from the contact form (Name and e-mail address) are in order for us to be able to contact you. This data will not be given to third parties. The information will be sent via e-mail to the responsible person at Cadplace. These e-mails, sent by the system, will be deleted after Contact has occurred. We would like to point out that the data transfer via the internet (e.g. during an e-mail communication) can occur with security vulnerability. A flawless protection of data from third parties is not possible.

Data protection policy for Cookies

Our website uses Cookeis. These are small text files that make it possible to save user-specific information on the device of the user, until they cease to use the website. Cookies allow for the amount of use and number of users for a website to be determined, the behaviour during site us can be analysed, and ultimately the user experience can be improved. Cookies are saved for the duration of a browser sitting and can be recalled  during the next visit to the site. Cookies are also used for so called Sessionhandling, to make sure a smooth Use of the CMS Software is possible.

The information about our site use (including the IP address) acquired by the cookies are generally sent to a Google Server in the USA and saved there. We would like to point out that this website added the Code “gat._anonymizel();” to Google Analytics in order to provide anonymous acquisition of IP addresses (IP-masking). Once the

This website imbeds web fonts by Google. In the contact form we use recaptcha by Google. The use of Google web fonts is in the Interest of a consistent and appealing depiction of our offers online. The utilisation of recaptcha is for protection against spam by robots. This is a valid interest according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit f DSGVO.
